Rabbi Ya'aqob Menashe often draws his inspiration for his Halakhoth (Halachot) and pearls of Torah from the Ben Ish Hai, Hakham Yoseph Hayyim, 'a"h. In addition, the daily bulletins include a wide variety of sources: Shulhan Arukh (Shulchan Aruch), Kaf Hahayim (Kaf Hachaim), Mishnah Berurah (Mishna Brura) and many other sources.

He said blessing on bread for others before someone finished Netilath Yadayim

Rabbi Ya'aqob Menashe
Wednesday, August 18, 2010/Elul 8, 5770

If the person reciting the Berakha (blessing) of Hammosi (Hamotzi) over the bread includes others in his blessing, and one of the people to be included is still in the process of doing Netilath Yadayim (the ritual washing of hands) the latter fulfills his obligation of the blessing of Hammosi and does not have to say it again. This is so even though he will say the blessing of 'Al Netilath Yadayim and dry his hands after hearing the blessing of Hammosi and before eating the bread.

This is even so if the latter did Netilath Yadayim after the Berakha of Hammosi that was recited by the one making the blessing, because Netilath Yadayim is for the purpose of eating the bread and is not considered an interruption. It goes without saying that the one who is saying the Berakha must have in mind that he is including the others, and those who are relying on his blessing must have his blessing in mind as well.

It should be mentioned, however, that the ideal way is to ensure that one says the Berakha of 'Al Netilath Yadayim before the blessing of Hammosi, because this is the way that it is supposed to be according to the Sod (Qabbala).
